System specification

Scope of works

The quotation includes:

1. Supply of the specified air source heat pump.
2. Supply and installation of the external heat pump unit.
3. Installation of the required hot water cylinder and associated controls.
4. Connection to the existing heating system, subject to site suitability.
5. Installation of heating pipework, valves, pumps and associated components as required.
6. Electrical connection and isolation equipment.
7. Condensate and system discharge arrangements.
8. System filling, flushing and commissioning.
9. Balancing and configuration of the heating system.
10. Customer handover and explanation of system operation.
11. Completion of commissioning documentation and relevant certification.

Customer responsibilities / exclusions

Unless specifically stated above, the quotation excludes:

• Major alterations to the existing heating distribution system.
• Replacement of radiators unless listed in the quotation.
• Upgrades to the incoming electrical supply.
• Structural alterations or major building works.
• Asbestos removal.
• Remedial works required due to concealed defects.
• Planning or specialist surveys where required, unless specifically included.
• Any works not reasonably foreseeable at the time of quotation.

Any additional work required will be discussed with the customer and agreed before proceeding.
